The new design of the rear stabilizer provides stable aerodynamic performance even at speeds above 350 km/h, but the innovation behind the new X-SPR Pro is not limited only to its exceptional aerodynamic performance; the dimensions around the eye area have been redesigned by providing a much wider field of vision, it has double screen locking system for greater safety in case of accident, improved interior padding, a much more efficient ventilation system and the possibility of installing an optional hydration system. Safety

The external heater (outdoor structure) is built in AIM+ (Advanced Integrated Matrix): organic and multi-composed fibers of various layers offer a limestone that absorbs the impacts with optimal rigidity. It stands out for offering high rigidity and is very lightweight.

The new X-SPR Pro has a dual-density EPS for impact absorption. When an impact occurs, it is absorbed progressively and effectively in balance with the stiffness of the shell.

The EPS incorporates a series of channels to allow the air to circulate unrestricted by improving the ventilation of the X-SPR Pro.

In addition to improving impact absorption and ventilation, with precise placement of the EPS you get a more compact and light helmet design.

CWR-F2R display with a system for Tear-Off series sheets. It offers a wide field of vision thanks to its new form, something especially important when adopting extreme angles of inclination during driving in a high-speed race. It has a new screen lock system.

A Pinlock EVO anti-fog foil, the most advanced in the market, is included in the series.

Double buckle closure system (D double)

It incorporates the EQRS system (Emergency Quick Release System), which facilitates the removal of the helmet from the outside in the event of an accident by removing the lateral padding.

The X-SPR Pro is equipped with fully removable inner padding, washable and replaceable made of very soft fabrics with high moisture absorption and quick drying.

The central padding with independent adjustment zones has been improved from the previous model.

The ventilation system of the cheeks has been significantly improved. More ventilation holes have been added in the cheek area for better performance and greater airflow.

In the side pads, a firm fit with the cheeks is ensured thanks to its 3D manufacturing and the multiple layers of polyurethane of different hardness according to the contact zone with the pilot's face. In addition, the vision angle adjustment system has been maintained and the contact area with the cheek has increased by 16.5%, which gives the pilot a much safer fit at speeds of more than 350km/h.

The new Shoei X-SPR Pro helmet is equipped in series with interior ear pads, charged with minimizing free spaces inside the helmet and specially designed for wind noise reduction. They can be removed to carry out the installation of a motorcycle intercom.

Ventilation

High-performance ventilation system consisting of 7 air inputs with opening and closing system and 6 air outputs.

The X-SPR Pro ventilation system has been positioned in optimised locations for use in high-speed racing.

The interior of the helmet has approximately double the ventilation holes compared with the X-Spirit 3. This improvement in ventilation allows the rider to ride comfortably under extreme conditions such as resistance racing.

The upper air entrance has four entrance holes that will take care of stable air absorption, especially in the sports driving position.

More ventilation holes have been added in the cheek area for better performance and higher airflow to keep the pilot's cheeks cooled and evacuate the sweat more effectively. An air inlet has been included in the chin bar.

Six air outlets have been located at the back; two at each of the upper left and right exits, and two lower air stabilizers, which has resulted in the X-SPR Pro offering a more effective ventilation system compared to the previous model.

Aerodynamics

The different aerodynamic improvements and the shape of the shell allow the rider to concentrate on driving even at very high speeds. The X-SPR Pro has improved its aerodynamic performance over the previous model. This has been possible by paying close attention to the details and making more than 150 changes in their form.

Shoei's advanced technology to mould the helmet's shell has allowed the lower part to be narrowed, from the chin area to the back and, in addition, the shape of the rear stabilizer and rear spoilers has been updated, thus achieving superior aerodynamic performance.

The new rear stabilizer takes air through canals located at the top left and right, leading the air back through the rear stabilizer and rear spoilers, resulting in a more balanced aerodynamic shape. In addition, the left and right edges of the top of the helmet combined with the concave surface of the top of the stabilizer provide improved aerodynamic performance. In addition, this area stands out in terms of design, making the helmet balanced in both style and safety, and aerodynamics.

Other features

The new Shoei X-SPR Pro helmet includes a chin cover and a spoiler, both dismountable, which can be inserted on the lower edge with the aim of reducing noise and turbulence caused by the wind. These two elements can be used together or separately.

It also includes a detachable nose cover that can be inserted on the upper edge of the chin to help reduce the swap of the screen by diverting the hot air to the bottom of the hull.

The shape of the surface of the inner area of the chin guard has been designed for the installation of a hydration system. The hydration kit (optional) helps the rider maintain concentration during long or endurance races under extreme conditions and high temperatures.
