Shoei Glamster 06 Heiwa Motorcycles TC4 Helmet. The Glamster 06 is the new full-face helmet from Shoei's “Neo-Classic” family with ECE 22/06 approval. Comfortable, functional, and safe, it has been designed for those looking for a classic aesthetic. With a very compact and refined design, Shoei has applied its most advanced technologies derived from current helmets.
Safety:
- The outer shell (external structure) is made of AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix): organic fibre and multi-composite fibres in several layers that offer a shell that absorbs impacts with optimal rigidity and elasticity.
- The inner shell (internal structure) is made of dual-density EPS that offers a high degree of impact absorption.
- It incorporates the EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System), which makes it easier to remove the helmet in the event of an accident using the quick-release system for the side padding.
- Double ring closure. Easy to use and always a perfect fit.
Comfort:
- 3 outer shell sizes (external structure) for a better fit to each size.
- 3D central padding for maximum comfort.
- Fully removable and washable interior padding.
- Multi-layer polyurethane padding of different densities in the cheek area.
- Leather finishes at the base of the helmet further enhance its retro design.
- Nubuck finishes on the inner area of the screen to avoid possible reflections.
Ventilation:
- The ventilation system consists of a top air inlet with two intake holes. The air circulates through the internal EPS channels and is expelled through two rear outlet holes located at the back of the neck. The helmet also has air inlets with holes in aluminium mesh in the chin guard.
Aerodynamics:
- The Shoei Glamster has been specially designed for aerodynamics to offer maximum aerodynamic efficiency. It is characterised by a compact shell with a clean and rounded shape.
Screen system:
- New CPB-1 classic-looking screen, designed exclusively for this model. It has a locking tab at the bottom.
- The standard Pinlock Evo ensures clear vision under all weather conditions.
- The new Glamster features a new mechanism for the visor that makes it move on an eccentric axis. The base of the mechanism has a slider that allows the visor to move 4mm when the visor is open or closed. This prevents the Pinlock Evo anti-fog film that is included as standard from rubbing against the rubber around the visor.
