Technical characteristics
Outer shell
Outer shell made of carbon fiber and Aramid. This technology has been baptized by the brand as COVA (Carbon On View & Aramid). This compound is very light and ensures optimal shock absorption and great resistance to abrasion and compression, clearly reducing tension in the cervical muscles.
The chin guard area is also made of double-density expanded polyurethane. In this way, the absorption of a shock at the front of the helmet is further optimized. The chin guard incorporates a removable anti-pollution filter with variable airflow.
Ventilation:
Effective ventilation system that has an air inlet on the chin guard, an inlet just above the visor and two more at the top of the shell.
All air inlets are easily manipulated with gloves. On the sides we find two small stabilizers in the form of air vents that guarantee optimal air circulation.
Aerodynamics
The aerodynamic profile of the Race-R Pro GP 06 has been tested in the wind tunnel based on digital simulations for exceptional air penetration and reduced turbulence or "buffeting" effect, providing optimum stability at high speed.
The rear spoiler offers high aerodynamic efficiency and stabilizes the helmet at high speeds. It has been designed to detach in the event of an accident to affect the helmet as a whole as little as possible and guarantee maximum safety for the rider. The racing design chin guard profile reduces aerodynamic drag behind the motorcycle fairing.
Screen
The Race-R Pro GP 06 incorporates a clear optical class 1 screen with variable densities (2.8mm at the edges and 4.25mm in the center); offers perfect optical quality. It has an anti-scratch exterior treatment, an anti-fog interior treatment and tear-off supports. Screen quick disassembly system.
Interior
High tenacity “Second-Skin” inner padding with breathable and comfortable Sanitized® treatment. Cheek padding designed using the new "3D morpho" technology to ensure greater comfort and fit even at over 300 km/h. Side padding design optimized for glasses wearers (Easy Fit System patented by Shark).
