Nolan X-804 RS Ultra Carbon Helmet Pure Carbon. X-804 RS Ultra Carbon full-face racing helmet, perfect for the track. Made of highly resistant and lightweight carbon fibre, it includes an “Ultrawide” screen with SVLS locking system and an additional “Track Only” screen that allows for tear-off placement. It has an efficient RAF ventilation system with a rear spoiler that improves aerodynamics. It has the NERS emergency system for better helmet removal in the event of an accident, compatible with the use of glasses. Double buckle closure.

Shell
- Shell made of very light carbon fiber composite with high impact resistance.
- 4 shell models for a better fit in each size.
- 6 inner shell sizes (EPS) for optimal fit and better shock absorption.
Screen
- “Ultrawide” screen that offers a wide field of lateral vision and is scratch-resistant, with SVLS (Safety Visor Lock System). Includes Pinlock® so the screen does not fog up.
- Adjustable screen mechanism and fixing by screws.
- Additional “Track Only” viewer (included in the box) with tear-off predisposition (not included).
Ventilation system
- RAF (Racing Air Flow) ventilation system, with air inlets at the front and chin guard and outlets at the rear for optimal circulation and evacuation of hot air.
- RAS (Racetrack Aerodynamic Spoiler) rear spoiler; removable and offering high aerodynamic efficiency.
Interior padding
- “Carbon Fitting Racing Experience” interior padding made with active carbon filaments, completely removable and washable.
