HJC RPHA 91 Combust MC-3HSF Helmet. The RPHA 91 is the new top-of-the-range modular helmet from HJC with double P/J approval according to the new ECE 22.06 regulation. The new shell made with Premium Integrated Matrix EVO (PIM EVO) provides greater resistance to impacts and is lightweight thanks to the use of materials such as carbon-aramid, carbon fiber, fiberglass, organic non-woven fabric and flax fiber natural. The chin guard closure system now has a hidden closure point that allows a soft touch and less pressure on the cheek area. The interior of the RPHA 91 has been 3D modeled and simulated to the perfect performance to deliver excellent acoustic performance. Also noteworthy is the willingness to install the second-generation SMART HJC communication system.

Outer shell:
- Outer shell made of a new material: Premium Integrated Matrix / PIM EVO that includes carbon, aramid and natural fiber, which offers great impact resistance, lightweight and more comfort.
- Shell with aerodynamic design that reduces air resistance and provides stability at high speed.
- 4 outer shell sizes for a better fit for each size.
Ventilation:
- Newly designed ventilation system consisting of 5 air inlets and 7 extractors. It incorporates an air inlet in the chin guard and another in the upper part of the shell to absorb a greater flow of air. It has 7 outlets in the rear area of the helmet that guarantee the total extraction of humidity and hot air from inside it. It incorporates new vents in the brow area that help defog the sun visor and allow excellent air circulation.
Screen:
- The RPHA 91's screen offers an excellent field of view and great peripheral vision to reduce eye fatigue. It has anti-scratch and anti-fog treatment. Provides 99% protection against ultraviolet rays.
- New screen lock mechanism that is very easy to open and more secure thanks to a new system.
- Includes Pinlock interior screen included, prevents the screen from fogging up.
- Integrated smoked sun visor with anti-fog treatment that can be easily operated from the outside using a new, very fast and easy-to-operate system located in the lower part. Its new mechanism allows you to adjust the depth in 3 different positions according to your morphology and preference for an optimal fit.
Interior:
- The RPHA Perfect Fit interior is made of an advanced, highly breathable and quick-drying antibacterial fabric. 3D contour cheek pads. Interchangeable pads in all sizes for a custom fit. Washable comfort liner and cheek pad. All padding is removable and washable.
Chin guard closure system
- The chin guard locking system locks and releases the chin guard in the open position and allows for safe riding with the chin guard open. The chin guard retracts when the helmet is in the open position to facilitate donning and reduce wind resistance.
- In addition, the lower closure system is automatically concealed in the open position to reduce wind noise and air resistance.
- The new bi-directional pivot chin bar allows the helmet to be more compact while remaining open to reduce wind noise and air resistance.
