HJC RPHA 91 Blat MC5SF Helmet. The RPHA 91 is HJC's new top-of-the-range modular helmet with dual P/J homologation according to the new ECE 22.06 regulations. The new shell made with the Premium Integrated Matrix EVO (PIM EVO) provides greater impact resistance and is lightweight thanks to the use of materials such as carbon-aramid, carbon fiber, fiberglass, organic nonwoven fabric and natural linen fiber. The chin guard closure system now has a hidden closure point that allows a soft touch and less pressure on the cheek area. The interior of the RPHA 91 has been modeled in 3D and simulated to achieve the perfect performance to offer excellent acoustic performance. Also noteworthy is the predisposition to install the second generation HJC SMART communication system.
Main features:
Outer shell:
- Outer shell made of a new material: Premium Integrated Matrix / PIM EVO that includes carbon, aramid and natural fiber, offering great impact resistance, light weight and greater comfort.
- Aerodynamically designed shell that reduces air resistance and provides stability at high speed.
- 4 outer shell sizes for a better fit for each size.
Ventilation:
- Newly designed ventilation system consisting of 5 air inlets and 7 extractors. It includes an air inlet in the chin guard and another in the upper part of the shell to absorb a greater air flow. It has 7 outlets in the rear area of the helmet that guarantee the complete extraction of humidity and hot air from the interior of the helmet. It includes new vents in the eyebrow area that help defog the sun visor and allow excellent air circulation.
Screen:
- The RPHA 91's visor offers an excellent field of view and great peripheral vision to reduce eye fatigue. It features anti-scratch and anti-fog treatment. It provides 99% protection against UV rays.
- New screen locking mechanism, very easy to open and safer thanks to a new system.
- Includes an included Pinlock inner screen, preventing the screen from fogging up.
- Integrated smoked sun visor with anti-fog treatment that can be easily operated from the outside using a new, very quick and easy-to-use system located at the bottom. Its new mechanism allows you to adjust the depth in 3 different positions according to your morphology and preference for an optimal fit.
Interior:
- RPHA Perfect Fit liner is made from an advanced antibacterial fabric that is highly breathable and quick-drying. 3D contoured cheek pads. Interchangeable cheek pads in all sizes for a custom fit. Washable comfort liner and cheek pad. All padding is removable and washable.
Chin guard closure system
- The chin guard locking system locks and releases the chin guard in the open position and allows for safe riding with the chin guard open. The chin guard retracts when the helmet is in the open position for easy donning and reduced wind resistance.
- Additionally, the lower closing system automatically retracts in the open position to reduce wind noise and air resistance.
- The new bi-directional pivot chin bar allows the helmet to be more compact while remaining open to reduce wind noise and air resistance.
Other features:
- It has P/J approval to ride in complete safety both with the helmet closed in full-face mode and with the helmet open in jet mode.
- New One Touch Buckle micrometric closure system made of stainless steel.
- The interior design allows for normal use of glasses.
- Nose cover and chin cover included.
- Reflective insert for safety.
- The HJC RPHA 91 features the predisposition to integrate the second generation HJC SMART Bluetooth communication system (sold separately). This is a premium system fully integrated into the helmet, allowing an excellent balance between weight and aerodynamic performance.
