Technical characteristics
Outer shell
Made from PB SNC2, it is a combination of Super Fiber and special synthetic fibers of great strength and flexibility assembled by Arai experts. The use of a new resin offers greater resistance to the shell while reducing weight.
5-density EPS interior.
Ventilation system
The front ventilation mechanism offers the possibility of adjusting it to 3 positions: open, half-open, and closed, and improves the seal, thus reducing noise inside the helmet.
The air intake in the upper central area offers 11% more ventilation than the previous model and the new larger opening and closing mechanism makes it easier to operate. The upper diffusers are very efficient and work together with the rear Air Wing to improve stability.
Internal ducts ensure a cool environment inside the helmet and side and rear air vents allow the evacuation of hot air from inside the helmet.
The addition of a new chin guard prevents turbulence from entering the helmet.
It incorporates visor openings that allow good ventilation directly in the rider's forehead area.
Aerodynamics
Patented, 5-position adjustable Air Wing® spoiler reduces drag and turbulence at high speeds.
Interior
The inner padding is completely removable and washable. Made from Eco Pure fabric, it offers an optimal feel and excellent antibacterial properties.
FCS system that improves comfort and provides a perfect fit and support for the jaw and face area.
The new interior allows for a custom fit thanks to the “Peel Away” system and features a specific space for mounting intercom speakers.
It also includes an emergency side padding removal system, which allows the helmet to be removed without harming the rider in the event of an accident.
Screen
The new Arai RX-7V Evo features the new VAS Max Vision screen that makes it easier to mount and remove the screen. It has a screen locking mechanism that prevents it from opening accidentally.
It comes standard with a Pinlock MaxVision anti-fog coating for clear vision in all weather conditions.
Closure
The RX-7V Evo's closure system is a double buckle.
