Technical characteristics
Outer shell
Outer shell made of PB e-cLc (Peripherally Belted e-Complex Laminate Construction).
"R75 Shape": design pattern of the outer shell (more resistant, rounded, and smooth) that offers a greater capacity for energy dispersion in the event of impact and, therefore, greater protection.
Different sizes of outer shell to better adapt to each size.
Inner shell made of EPS of different densities.
Screen
Clear VAS (Variable Axis System) Mas Vision screen with a new mechanism that makes it easier to mount and remove the screen. A screen closing mechanism derived from the F1 has also been incorporated that prevents it from opening accidentally. It comes standard with a Pinlock MaxVision anti-fog film for clear vision under any weather condition.
Ventilation system
Ventilation system consisting of air inlets in the front area (in the 3D Arai logo with two central entry points ideal for low speed), upper, chin guard, screen and 6 rear extractors. The air inlet of the chin guard is adjustable in 2 opening positions for the entry of fresh air and prevents fogging of the screen. This practical ventilation system allows it to be adapted to the needs of each user to provide the desired air circulation at all times.
The one-piece rear spoiler is inspired by the RX-7V Racing DF-X2, but redesigned for touring use. It draws air efficiently but also smoothes the airflow over (and from the side of) the helmet, which improves stability, especially when overtaking at high highway speeds. The result is much less fatigue for the motorcyclist.
Interior
The interior padding made of brushed nylon has been designed with the FCS system (Facial Contour System) for excellent adaptability and is completely removable and washable. Its outer fabric offers a very soft touch and provides optimal breathability. It has a specific space to mount the speakers of an intercom. It has an antibacterial, anti-dirt, and anti-odor treatment.
It also incorporates the emergency removal system for the side padding (ERS), which allows the helmet to be removed without harming the pilot in the event of an accident.
Includes breath guard and chin curtain as standard.
