History of design
The 98th edition of the FIM ISDE “6 Days of Enduro” competition takes place in Galicia, Spain from 14 to 19 October 2024.
The design and colours of the Aviator 3 6DAYS Spain 2024 are inspired by the host country’s flag, featuring red and yellow lines with the official 6DAYS screen print on the sides. The special identity of the graphic design is also displayed on the accessory boxes, carrying bag and the 6DAYS ID Card to show off this extraordinary event. The edition is limited to just 200 units.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Materials
External shell made of HPC carbon.
Outer shell made with 4 shell sizes to offer a high level of comfort and to perfectly adapt to the physical build of each rider.
Aerodynamics
The shape of the hull has been designed using the wind tunnel to perfect both the shapes and the performances. Particular attention has been paid to favouring aerodynamic efficiency to improve stability even at high speeds and to thermodynamics to optimise thermoregulation.
AMS2 Plus System
The Aviator 3 features the AMS2 Plus (Airoh Multiaction Safety System Plus) protection system. This system offers greater absorption of rotational energy transmitted to the head in the event of an angular impact, thereby reducing the risk of brain injury. Technology patented by Airoh.
AMLS system
New fully removable and washable interior padding with magnetic attachment system.
Inside
Made of Microsense microfibre with hypoallergenic treatment, it prevents dust from entering and ensures a very fresh feeling. Its structure allows air to circulate through the padding and draws moisture out.
AHS system
Innovative AHS (Airoh Hydration System) hydration system integrated into the EPS.
AEFR system
It incorporates the AEFR (Airoh Emergency Fast Remove) system, which makes it easier to remove the helmet from the outside in the event of an accident, as it allows the side padding to be removed.
Closing:
Double buckle closure system.
Ventilation:
It has 8 air inlets on the front, in the upper area and in the chin guard to achieve optimal control of the internal temperature.
It also has spoilers with integrated air extractors, which allow the hot air generated inside the helmet to escape.
The chin guard entrance has a grid to prevent stones from entering and a small filter to prevent dust from entering.
Possibility of installing covers on the vents in the upper area of the shell.
